All participants and teams enter the Malmesbury Touch Rugby League (the competition) entirely at their own risk.
Whilst touch rugby is a minimal contact sport it is inevitable that impacts between players will occur. No liability will be accepted by the competition’s organisers and any referees for any loss, injury or damage to competitors and their personal effects whilst participating in this competition.
Foul play will be dealt with in accordance with the laws as set out by the Federation of International Touch. The competition’s organisers and referees will not accept liability for any loss, injury or damage resulting from foul play.
An individual’s participation in this competition is deemed an acceptance of these terms.
